- Website that compiles all of the research related to a wide range of supplements, remedies,
and diets, allowing you to get a quick snapshot of the empirical research and evidence. That
said, it's important to note that many supplements, diets and remedies do not attract a lot of
research, because they are not patentable and thus not profitable. So just because something
does not have much research focused on it does not necessarily mean that it doesn't work.

- Bob is a highly organized and results-focused biohacker, and also a personal friend. He
conducts various 'self experiments' and documents the outcomes in a very controlled and
quantified fashion. Lots of interesting posts and valuable info here.

- Highly informative and helpful book about the fascinating and powerful Vagus Nerve, which
controls the lion's share of the body's automatic processes and is vital to good health. Also contains
an excellent summary of the various vital organs and their functions - highly educational.

- Advanced biohacking 'manual' that lays down important basic practices for diet and exercise, and
then proceeds to delve into steadily more and more advanced biohacking techniques including the
most cutting-edge (and in some cases, expensive) tactics available today.
Find a functional/naturopathic doctor or health practitioner:
For those who can afford it, working with a good functional medicine doctor can be one of the best possible things you can do for your long-term health. If you are suffering from any chronic health issues, then I would highly recommend this. But, even if you are currently healthy, this is a great way to help you optimize your health, and maintain it as you grow older. A good functional doc will assist you in testing and monitoring your vitamin, mineral, and hormone levels, inflammatory markers, and many other things, and may be able to give you customized dietary and supplementation recommendations.
I cannot recommend any specific practitioners; however, here are two resources that may be helpful in finding someone.
